摘要
马克思人的全面发展理论是马克思主义的核心与实质。本文论述了马克思人的全面发展理论与当代高职院校素质教育的关系 ,针对高职教育在人才培养模式上的某些缺陷以及现代社会人才竞争对人才素质越来越全面的要求 ,从重视德育的效能、教育的途径与手段等几方面探讨了当前高职人才素质教育的对策。
Marxist theory of all round development for man is the core and essential of Marxism. This paper discusses the relationship between this theory and quality education in higher vocational college. Facing the defects of talent cultivating pattern in higher vocational college and more and more requirements needed in talent competence, it also probes into quality education in cultivating higher vocational talents, from the aspects of the effect of moral education, teaching methods and means of moral education.
