摘要
随着高等教育的大发展 ,一批中等职业学校升格为高等职业学院。在转型的过程中 ,学院的一些领导观念跟不上和一些关系未理顺的问题就凸现出来了。本文针对高等职业学院存在的问题 ,就如何构建一支高素质的思政队伍提出一些对策。
With the rapid development of higher education,a great number of secondary vocational schools were upgraded higher vocational colleges. After upgrading,some leaders in these colleges cant adapt to the change and some conflicts between the new and the old model appeared. In this essay,some ideas,for these existing problems in these colleges,are put forward on how to form a high_quality ideological team.
