摘要
内陆水域有机物耗氧量的测定,过去采用碱性高锰酸钾法,现在采用低浓度碱性或酸性高锰酸钾法。作者通过实验,认为上述的方法都不够合理,并获得了在碱性条件下高锰酸钾与有机物进行氧化还原反应的合理条件,进而修正了在碱性条件下高锰酸钾与有机物进行氧化还原反应方程式,对计算公式作出了校正,提出了一个测定水中有机物耗氧量的碱性高锰酸钾修正法。
This Paper discussed a reliable method of determination of oxygen demand of aquatic organisms by means of high density of alkaline potassium permanganate. We increased the density of KMnO_4 from 0.002M to 0.02M, and the amount of 50% NaOH from 0.5 ml to 8ml. Heating was lasting 10min. While the alkalinity reached to its critical amount being 1.04M, the oxidaterestore reaction equation should be revised as follows: 10MnO_4+8OH^-+3C=9MnO_4^(2-)+Mn(OH)_4+3CO_2+2H_2O and the revised oxygen amount demand could be calculated as follows:
