摘要
在常温及高温（２５、３２、３５、３８℃）下，用１５只２０周龄Ｈｉｓｅｘ健康的青年蛋鸡在小型气体代谢箱中进行耗氧量测定。结果表明，在３２、３５和３８℃高温下，耐热鸡的耗氧量较不耐热鸡低，３５、３８℃下差异达显著水平，３８℃下的失重也明显低于不耐热鸡。以３８℃下的体温升高幅度为指标的鸡耐热力，与３５℃下的耗氧量呈显著正相关（ｒ＝０．６４）。
The experiment was carried out in a small respiratory chamber,group by group of 15 Hisex layers was kept in the environment of four kind air temperatures(25,32,35,38℃)for 3 hours separately.Oxygen consumption,loss of body weight and body temperature were measured during the trial.At high ambient air temperature(32,35,38℃),the oxygen consumption of high heat tolerance group was lower than that of control(at 35 and 38℃,the difference was significant statistically,P<0.05).In the ambient air environment of 38℃,losing body weight was obviously lower than that of control,the relationship between layers heat tolerance and oxygen consumption(at 35℃) was significant(r=0.64).
