摘要
本文研究了用溶液法制备的乙炔端基砜(ATS)基半互穿聚合物网络(Semi-IPN)纤维预浸料的固化反应、单向层板的热学行为、抗溶剂能力、力学性能以及破坏形态。纤维对ATS固化反应无明显影响,ATS加入使热塑性树脂-纤维界面粘结加强,复合材料的抗溶剂性能明显提高,力学性能无改变。
Carbon fiber (CF) and glass fiber (GF) reinforced compo-Sites have been prepared with Semi-interpenetrating polymer networks basedon acetylene-terminated sulfone (ATS) produced by solution method. Thecure reaction, thermal behavior, solvent resistance, mechanical propertiesand fracture morphology have been studied. The addition of CF or GFdoes not affect the cure reaction and thermal behavior of ATS and itsblends. Compared with fiber reinforced amorphous thermoplastic composi-tes, the solvent resistance and the adhesion of fiber-matrix. of semi-IPNcomposites are significantly improved. The mechanical properties of fiberreinforced thermoplastic composites have not been affected by the additionof ATS.
