摘要
本文用扫描电镜(SEM)研究了乙炔端基砜(ATS)基半互穿聚合物网络(Semi-IPN)的两相结构,发现这一体系可形成共连续两相结构。提出了双网络-球粒结构馍型,并讨论了相分离机理以及影响相形态的动力学因素。
Phase morphologies of semi interpenetrating polymer networks (Semi IPNs) prepared by acetylene terminated sulfone(ATS) and thermoplastic bisphenol A polysulfone(PSF) .polyethrsulfone with carbo group (PliS C). polyctherketone with cardo group (PEK c)were investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). In the early stage of curing.the ATS blend was a single -phase mixture. As the cure reaction proceeded, phase separation took plasc via the spinodal mechanism induced by the increase in the molecular weight of ATS.SEM observation revealed the formation of a continuous two-phase structure :connected globule and network of ATS polymer rich phase dispersed in a matrix of the thermoplastic resin rich phase. The model of two network globute structure is suggested. The mechanism of phase sqxirntion is discussed.
