摘要
地方少数民族教育立法是我国少数民族教育立法的重要组成部分,它是随着国家法制的发展 及地方立法权的重新确立而逐步发展起来的。本文对我国第一项地方少数民族教育法规———《楚 雄彝族自治州民族教育条例》进行了个案研究与分析,以此为基础,提出了加强和改进我国地方少 数民族教育立法的思考及建议。
Local ethnic minority education's legislation is an important part of whole ethnic minority education's legislation of China. It developed along with the national legal system's development, and regional legislative power's reconfirmation.The article makes a special study and analysis on Ethnic Educational Item of Chuxiong Yi Minority Autonomous Prefecture, which is the first Local ethnic educational item of China. On the basis of the research, the article puts forward how to enhance and improve the regional ethnic minority education's legislation in China.
