摘要
党的十八大报告明确指出,要全面贯彻落实边疆少数民族政策法规,完善和坚持民族区域自治制度,全面深入开展民族团结教育,加快少数大民族地区经济社会发展,促进各民族和衷共济、和谐发展。从现实看,"全面推动民族教育发展"的目标是一项长期、艰巨事关民族发展、国家根本利益的战略选择。而法治作为现代社会管理的重器,理应为民族教育提供合法性依据与制度支持。本文拟梳理新疆地区民族教育法治化的历史发展、总结民族教育法治建设的现状,为新疆民族教育法治化选择提供对策性建议。
The report of 18th CPC National Congress clearly pointed out that the governments will comprehensively im- plement frontier minority policies and regulations, and adhere to the system of regional national autonomy, and carry out the education of national unity, and speed up economic and social development in minority regions, and promote harmonious de- velopment. ＂The Development of Minority Education＂ is a^t arduous and long-term target, which is a strategic choice con- cerning national development and fundamental national interests. As a key modern society management means, ruling by law should provide a legitimate basis and systemic support for minority education, This article intends to comb the historical de- velopment of Xinjiang minority education under the rule of law, and summarizes the current situation of minority education in legal construction, and provide to countermeasure suggestions for minority education in Xinjiang.
