摘要
当前,全面建设社会主义和谐社会,大力促进和维护教育公平,为我国少数民族教育及少数民族教育立法带来了新的发展机遇。为切实推进我国少数民族教育立法工作,保障和加快我国少数民族教育事业的发展,本文对美国、澳大利亚的少数民族教育立法进行探讨,以期为加强我国少数民族教育法制建设提供一些可资借鉴的建议。
At present, the building of a socialist harmonious society in an all-round way and vigorous promoting and maintaining of fair education have brought about new development opportunities for both education and education legislation of ethnic minorities in China. In order to promote legislation of education, safeguard and speed up the development of education for ethnic minorities, this paper discusses the legislation of education for ethnic minorities in America and Australia in the hope of providing some references and suggestions for enhancing legal construction of education for ethnic minorities in China.
