摘要
本文详细阐述了国民待遇原则的法律涵义 ,重点介绍了我国现行的外资待遇状况以及应采取的相应调整措施 ,提出了我国实行国民待遇应注意的问题。
This article explicates the legal meaning of the principle of the national treatment,chiefly introduces the current treatment of foreign enterprises in China and the relevant measures for adjustment to be taken.Finally,it points out the issues we should pay attention to when the national treatment is practised in China.
