摘要
文章从博弈论的角度入手,把我国政府与外商投资者作为两个博弈主体,通过对外资优惠政策和外商的直接投资的动态博弈分析,得到子博弈精炼纳什均衡解,然后通过对该均衡解的详细分析得出一系列的结论。在此基础上,得出了我国改革开放初期的外资政策和以后的外资政策的调整路线与博弈分析的结果是吻合的,并得出了充分利用外资的关键是改善投资环境。
This paper, using game theory, assumes China＇s government and foreign investors to be two game players and comes out with a Nash-eqilibrium solution after a dynamic game analysis of preferential policies to foreign investment. Then after detailed analysis of the solution, it reaches a series of conclusions. It concludes that China＇s foreign investment policy and its later adjustment coincide with the results of theoretical analysis. In the end it points out that the key measure to making best use of foreign investment is to improve its investment environment.
