摘要
企业集团的规模经济对企业规模有度的要求 ,规模过大会出现规模不经济的问题。我国企业集团的发展对我国经济增长发挥着重要作用 ,但部分企业集团却存在着规模不经济的问题。究其原因 ,主要是 :对发展企业集团的目的认识不足 ,盲目贪大求洋 ;行政干预比例过大 ;“一业为主 ,多角经营”的战略不明确 ;集团内部管理体制不顺 ,集团发展的外部环境不完善。为此 ,应采取以下对策 :鼓励强强合作 ,建立有效的集团管理模式 ;坚持在专业化经营的基础上谋求多元化发展 ;
As far as the economies of scale of enterprise groups are concerned, a certain limit in the scale of enterprise group is required. But too large scale will lead to diseconomies of scale. The development of enterprise groups plays an important role in the economic increase in China. however, there exists the problem of diseconomies of scale in some enterprise group. The primary causes are as follows: They do not fully understand the purposes of developing the enterprise groups, but blindly seek for large scale; there are too much governmental interference; the strategy of “focusing on one main industry with muti directions operating”is not suitably implemented. The internal administrative system of enterprise groups is not smooth and the external not perfect. Therefore we should take the following measures to solve the problems: encouraging the cooperation between best enterprises and establishing group administrative mode; seeking multi directional development on the basis of professional operation; bringing the guidance role of market in reconstructing the estate of enterprise groups into full play.
