摘要
本文依据长尾理论,论证了中国医药商业的核心问题不在于结构上的多、散、小,而同质化的经营模式,创新集体失语是根本问题。依据长尾理论,论证了中国医药商业企业建立长尾结构的必要性与实施方法,并于此基础上,提出了中国医药商业企业同质化资本并购、集成化供应链构造以及差异化知识并购的三阶段发展模式。
Making use of the long tail theory, this paper demonstrates the core problem of pharmaceutical commerce is homogeneous business model but not overabundance, decentralization and small scale on structure. The innovation alogia is essential problem. The paper demonstrates the necessity of building the long tail structure and measures for the imple- mentation by the long tail theory. On the basis of the above analyse, the paper proposes the three-steps-development models: homogenization capitalization merger, integrated supply chain, differentiated knowledge merger .
