摘要
针对煤炭企业重组中存在的问题,采用理论分析的方法研究了煤炭企业集团的合理规模问题。从核心层企业规模入手,通过对煤炭企业集团核心层纵向规模与横向规模两方面的研究,得出核心层企业纵向规模、横向规模及煤炭企业的内外部变化的合理界定。结果表明合理规模的范围并不是越大越好,只有适度的规模才能获得最大规模经济,为煤炭企业集团合理规模的确定提供了理论基础。
In view of the problems that exist in coal enterprises＇corporate restructuring, by using the method of theory analysis,the rational scale of the enterprise group is analysed. The scale of enterprise group is worked out based on the scale of its core enterprises. The rational scale of the core enterprises is also analyzed on its cross seale and longitudinal scale and the social rational boundary of core enterprise is pointed out. The result showsthat the scale is not the larger the better. Only on rational scale can enterprise groups get the biggest economic of scale,which provides the theorectical basis for the determination of the rational scale of coal enterprise group.
