摘要
目的探讨鼻内镜下眼眶内侧壁骨折复位及重建的手术方法及效果。方法回顾性分析我科2009年1月—2011年1月8例行鼻内镜下眼眶内侧壁骨折复位及重建术的眼眶内侧壁骨折患者的诊治过程及回访结果。结果术后8例患者眼球复置良好,复视消失,填充植入物无排异反应。结论在鼻内镜下行眼眶内侧壁骨折复位手术损伤小,恢复快,符合美容要求,手术操作方便,且选用Medpor作为填充材料反应小、组织相融性好。
Objective To study the repair methods and effects of nasal endoscope surgery on the fracture of the orbitalmedial wall. Methods A total of 8 cases with orbital medial wall fracture were analyzed from January 2009 to January 2011. Theclinical outcome of operation by endoscope and prognosis were evaluated. Results The eyeball reset was satisfactory in the 8 cases ,and diplopia was obviously improved or cured. There was no rejection reaction on filling implant Conclusion Orbital medialwall fracture under nasal endoscope has minimal invasion,quick recovery,and easy operation and is conducive to beauty demands. Besides,the filling of Medpor has little rejection reaction.
