摘要
用粉末冶金法制备了WC增强的WC/Cu复合材料,研究了WC含量对复合材料性能的影响,分析了复合材料的再结晶行为.结果表明:WC体积含量为1.6%时,细小的WC粒子均匀分布,弥散效果好,材料的密度为8.41 g/cm3,硬度为HV151,电导率为85%IACS,其综合性能较优;WC粒子能显著提高复合材料的再结晶温度.图6,表1,参10.
WC/Cu composite was prepared by using PM method. The influence of WC content on properties of composite was studied, and the recrystallization behavior of composite was analyzed. The result shows that, when WC is 1. 6% , the fine dispersoids are found to distribute homogeneously. Composite of such the content of WC has better overall properties in contrast with other cases, and its density is 8.41g/cm3, hardness HV151, conductivity 85%IACS. WC particles can hinder recrystallization of composite therefore raise its recrystallization temperature considerably. 6figs. , 1tabs. , 10 refs.
