摘要
研究不同氧含量TA2纯钛管材的性能、组织和轧制过程。结果表明,冷加工的TA2管材,在氧含量为0.06%-0.07%时,在500℃时室温力学性能满足飞机发动机要求,组织存在大部分加工组织流线,但当温度达到520℃时显微组织发生完全再结晶,不能满足要求,合格温度区间较窄,不建议选用;在氧含量为0.10%时,在500℃时开始发生再结晶,520℃-600℃热处理时材料组织为细小的再结晶组织,性能和组织趋于稳定,经520℃-550℃×90min FC处理后的管材组织和性能达到飞机发动机使用要求;经过增加内表面镗削处理的方法可以有效的去除氧含量为0.10%的管材在冷加工过程中产生的内表面缺陷,且并不影响成品超声探伤。
In this paper, the performance, structure and rolling process of TA2 titanium pipe with different oxygen content were studied.The results showed that when the oxygen content was between 0.06%and 0.07%, the me?chanical properties of the cold-worked TA2 tube met the requirements of aircraft engine at 500℃, and in most micro?structure processed structure flow-line could be seen;when temperature reached 520℃, the microstructure completely recrystallized and the mechanical properties did not meet the requirements, so this narrow temperature range is not recommended;when the oxygen content is 0.10%, recrystallization occurred at 500℃. Fine structure was obtained af?ter heat treatment at 520-600℃and material performance and structure tended to stabilize;After the process of 520-550℃× 90min FC , the performance and structure of the tube met the requirements of aircraft engines;for TA2 tita?nium tube with the oxygen content of 0.10%, the inner surface defects generated in cold working process could be re?moved effectively by boring inner surface, while not affect the ultrasonic flaw detection of finished products.
