摘要
研究了不同Fe含量(0-12wt%)的CuCrFe[Cu:Cr=1:1(wt%)]真空触头材料的显微组织,成分分布及机械、物理性能,探讨了Fe的作用机理。结果表明:Fe的加入增强了Cu,Cr颗粒的界面结合。强化了Cr在Cu中的扩散,促进了Cr颗粒的细化、球化;随Fe含量增多,合金硬度和强度显著提高,韧性变化不大,热扩散速率α、热导系数λ、电导系数σ等稍有降低。
The effect of Fe (0-12 wt%) content on the microstructure, physical properties, mechanical properties of CuCrFe contact material [Cu: Cr=1:1 (wt%)] has been studied. The results of the research indicate that the addition of Fe enhances the interface bonding of Cu and Cr particles, improves the diffusion of Cr in Cu, fines and sphericizes Cr particles. With the increasing of Fe content, the hardness and strength of the alloy have been remarkably increased, the variation of toughness is little, and the thermal diffusivity, thermal conductivity and electric conductivity have been slightly decreased.
