摘要
本文阐述了真空触头材料截流定量研究的现况,并从传热暂态方程出发,结合阴极表面能量平衡方程,推导出了一种新的能预测触头材料截流水平相对高低的理论判据,并得到了实验验证。从此判据可以看出:增大阴极材料的电阻率、游离电位;降低其沸点、比热、逸出功等将有利于减小截流。
The present situation of chopping current theory of contact materials is reviewed. Based on the heat conduct equations and energy balance principle on cathode surface,a new criterion,which can predict the current chopping ability and determine the chopping current sequence of different contact materials, is developed and verified by exeperiment. The new criterion indicates that increasing the electrical resistivity and ionization potential,or decreasing the boiling point,specific heat and work function of material,atom weight .latent heat of fusion and latent heat of evaporation will make the vacuum materials' chopping current low.
