摘要 采用二次回归正交设计安排试验,建立配比与性能之间的回归方程.检验表明,所得回归方程非常显著,在一定范围内可较准确地预测和控制材料的性能;利用回归方程绘制性能等高线图,所得图形可直观地反映配比对材料性能的影响规律.采用逐步搜索法求解回归方程,确定了一种耐高温.韧性双马来酰亚胺型基体树脂的最优配比. The product 5250-3 made by NARMCO is still widely used today.In this paper the authors present their new resin X4502,whose properties are much the same as 5250-3.X4502 is developed to meet China's needs. The authors perform tests for optimizing formulations of modified bismaleimide resins.The amount of testing is much reduced through judicious use of computer aided design technique.A new bismaleimide resin is developed. It possesses fine all-round properties:the uncured resin can be dissolved in acetone;cured resin shows high fracture toughness G_(lc)=203J/m^2(86J/m^2 for 5250-3),thermal stability HDT=250℃(260℃ for 5250-3),tensile strength σ_t=71.8 MPa(68.9 MPa for 5250-3),and percentage elongation ε_t=2.4%(1.6% for 5250-3).The composite material made of this resin and carbon fiber ex- hibits a good strength retentivity at 200℃(71.8% for flexural strength).This composite material also ex- hibits good stability under hot/wet condition.
