摘要
阐述了应用均匀试验安排发动机性能试验并用回归分析模型处理试验数据的方法 ,强调了性能试验在航空发动机研制中的重要性 .简单介绍了均匀设计的特点及其在试验设计中的优点 ,推导了用线性模型对试验数据回归分析的公式 .文中示例性地用均匀设计表安排了涡扇发动机在高空模拟试车台上的性能试验 ,整理了试验数据 ,分析了试验结果 ,给出了一簇性能曲线 ,证明本文所提供的方法是切实可行的 .
A solution to plan performance test with uniform experimental design and processing test data with regression analysis model is discussed, and underlined that performance test is very important to develop aircraft engine. The characteristics of uniform experimental design and its advantages in test design are presented in brief. The formula to process test data with linear regression model is deduced. The application of this solution to planning and analyzing the performance test of a turbofan is also discussed as an example,it show that the solution is effective.
