摘要
5405双马来酰亚胺树脂是针对飞机主受力构件应用而研制的高韧性、工艺性好的基体。本文报道该树脂浇铸体及其碳纤维复合材料的韧性及湿热方面的性能。结果表明5405树脂韧性良好、吸湿率低,耐热性与5245C相当;T300/5405复合材料在132℃湿、热条件下的弯曲强度及短梁剪切强度保持率达到IM-6/5245C的水平,能保证飞机主受力构件在130℃下的使用。
5405 bismaleimide resin is of high toughness, good process property for the main aircraft components under force loading. This article narrates toughness of it's casting and carbon fiber composites and wet-thermal property. The result indicates that 5405 resin has good toughness,low moisture absorbtion, and hot resistance is same as 5245C.In 132℃,the retentive ratios of flexural strength and short-beam shear strength of T300/5405 are equivelent to them of IM-6/5245C,which ensures that the aircraft compontents under force loading can be used under 130℃.
