7-氯苄基四氢巴马汀对L-甲状腺素诱发大鼠心肌肥厚及左心室肌原纤维Na^+-K^+-ATPase活力的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察 7 氯苄基四氢巴马汀 (7 chlor BTHP)对大鼠心肌肥厚和心室肌原纤维质膜Na+ K+ ATPase活力的影响。方法用L 甲状腺素 (1mg·kg 1·d 1× 7d)诱发大鼠心肌肥厚 ,然后观察 7 chlor BTHP对大鼠心肌肥厚及左心室肌原纤维Na+ K+ ATPase的影响 ,以普萘洛尔 (Pro)作为阳性对照。结果经过 7 chlor BTHP(5mg·kg 1·d 1或 10mg·kg 1·d 1,ip)治疗 5天后 ,心肌肥厚明显改善 ,Na+ K+ ATPase活力明显降低。结论 7 chlor BTHP能明显消退L 甲状腺素诱发的大鼠心肌肥厚 ,并能显著降低心室肌原纤维膜Na+ K+ ATPase活力的升高。 Objective To study the effects of 7-chlor-benzyltet rahydropal-matine (7-chlor-BTHP) on myocardiac hypertrophy and elevated Na+-K+-ATPase activity of cardiomyofibril in rats. Methods Myocardiac hypertrophy with elevation of myofibril Na+-K+-ATPase activity was induced by L-thyroxine (1 mg·kg -1 ·d -1×7d ) in rats,then treated with 7-chlor-BTHP (5 mg·kg -1 or 10 mg·kg -1·d -1, ip) to observing its enfluence on myocardiac hypertrophy and Na+-K+-ATPase activity of myofibril derived from left ventricular myocardium . The control group was treated with proplanolol.Results After treatment, myocardiac hypertrophy was obviously improved and the elevated activity of myofibril Na+-K+-ATPase activity was markedly decreaced. Conclusion The 7-chlor-BTHP can reverse myocardiac hypertrophy and elevated myofibril Na+-K+-ATPase activity induced by L-thyroxine in rats.
