摘要 咨询服务质量评价是咨询服务理论极为重要的一个组成部分,它对整个图书馆理论影响重大。本文对该领域的质量评价标准的选择、评价原则的确定、评价方法及程序、科学技术的发展与评价思想、评价的意义与作用等问题进行了论述。 The quality evaluation of reference service is one of the component parts of the theoretical researches ofreference service and has a great influence upon the theory of library science.In this paper such cardinal problemsin this area as selecting creteria of quality evaluation of reference service,establishing the evaluation principles,themethods and procedures for the evaluation,science and technology development and ideas of the evaluation,meaning and role of the evaluation,are involved.
