酸处理条件对大豆油酶法脱胶的影响 被引量:16

摘要 酶法脱胶用于植物油精炼具有经济环保的优点 ,酸处理是酶法脱胶中重要的环节之一。将LecitaseUltra用于大豆油的酶法脱胶 ,研究了酸种类、酸浓度、酸剂量、酸处理温度和酸反应时间对酶法脱胶的影响 ,优化后的酸处理条件为 :采用柠檬酸进行处理 ,浓度在 4 0 %~ 4 5 % ,剂量为 6~8kg/t油 ,酸处理温度 70~ 80℃ ,酸处理时间 2 0~ 30min。 Acid treatment is the one of important process of enzymatic degumming,which is an economic and environment friendly process.Using Lecitase Ultra for soybean oil enzymatic degumming,effects of acid type,acid concentration,acid dosage,acid treatment temperature and acid treatment time were studied.The results showed that citric acid was appropriate acid, the optimum citric acid concentration was 40%~45%, the optimum citric acid dosage was 6~8 kg/t oil,the optimum acid treatment temparature was 70~80℃,the optimum acid treatment time was 20~30 min.
