微乳液法合成透明的纳米级苯-丙微乳液 被引量:12

PREPARATION OF TRANSPARENT NANOSIZE STYRENE-ACRYLIC LATEXES BY MICROEMULSION

摘要 采用自制的属于Gemini型的特殊表面活性剂KD-1用于苯-丙微乳液的聚合研究,结果表明,只需用0.95%~1.60%的单一阴离子型乳化剂KD-1就可得到较高固含量(30%~50%)的透明的纳米级苯-丙微乳液,并保持微胶乳平均粒径40nm~60nm。较之常规苯-丙乳液,粒径小,最低成膜温度(MFT)有所降低,而玻璃化温度有所提高。 Using KD-1 prepared by ourselves, which is one of special Gemini anionic surfactant as only surfactant to studying the preparation of styrene-acrylic microemulsion, the result of study indicated that with low surfactants-content ((0.95%)~(1.60%)), high solids-content (30%~50%) and small particle diameters (40 nm~60 nm) transparent copolymer latexes were attained. In comparison with the conventional emulsion polymerization product, our microemulsion polymerization product has much smaller particle diameter, lower minimum film forming temperature (MFT) and higher glass transition temperature.
