摘要
超微粒子聚合物胶乳的两种主要的合成方法 :乳液聚合、微乳液聚合 ,乳液聚合需要借助机械外力的作用 ;微乳液聚合是一种新的聚合方法 ,自 2 0世纪 80年代以来 ,引起了越来越多学者的关注 ,研究者们主要从反应机理、反应动力学和聚合物的表征几个方面进行了研究 ;同时 ,本文还简单介绍了微乳液聚合的研究热点、有待解决的问题。由于超微粒子聚合物胶乳本身具有的优异性能 ,使其得到了广泛的应用 ,特别是通过微乳液聚合得到的超微粒子聚合物胶乳 。
The paper introduced two main techniques to synthesize the polymicroemulsion:emulsion polymerization and microemulsion polymerization.The first needs the help of outside force.The second was a new way and it would replace the first sooner or later. Work on microemulsion polymerization has been quite extensive since the first report by Stoffer and Bone in 1980.The researchers mainly studied its synthesis mechanism、reaction kinetics、polymer particle sizes and distribution.Meanwhile,the future research and development、some latest hot topics on microemulsion polymerization were also summed up briefly.In the end, the application of polymicroemulsion was introduced simply.
