摘要
采用核-壳乳液聚合丙烯酸类单体、苯乙烯以及交联单体,合成了低成本环保型苯丙乳液,用于中低档建筑涂料,其性能不低于一般的苯丙乳液。研究了软/硬单体配比、丙烯酸用量、交联单体、乳化剂和引发剂对涂料性能的影响,确定了最佳工艺条件。
A low cost and environmentally - friendly styrene / acrylic emulsion has been developed based on acrylic monomers, styrene and other crosslinking monomers by core - shell emulsion polymerization, which can be used for middle - grade architectural coatings and its property is not lower than the conventional styrene/acrylic emulsion. The influences of ratio of hard / soft monomers, amount of acrylic acid, crosslinking monomer, emulsifier and initiator on the performance of coatings were discussed. The optimum technological conditions were confirmed.
