摘要
本文采用 A 蛋白金银染色法(Protein A-gold Silver Staining,PAGS)对实验性单纯疱疹病毒 I 型(HDV-I)眼部感染的小鼠角膜上皮、三又神经节等组织进行 HSV-I 的检测获得成功。此法操作简便,结果明确、可靠,可作为单疱角膜炎发病机理及诊断研究的一种新手段。
The protein A gold silver staining (PAGS) was used to successfully detectthe HSV-I in the epithelium and trigeminal ganglion of mice with HSV-I infection of theeyes.Clinical practice has shown that the method is simple and convenient and the results soobtained are definite and reliable.As a result,it is a new assay helpful in the study of thepathogenesis and diagnosis of Herpes simplex keratitis.
