摘要
应用高效液相色谱法研究了青心酮在家兔体内3种给药途径的药代动力学过程,结果表明,家兔静脉注射青心酮符合二室开放模型,肌肉注射和灌胃给药符合单室开放模型。药物的吸收和消除均很迅速,2 h内已基本自体内消除,肌肉注射生物利用度较高,灌胃给药则较低。
In the present study the pharmacokinetics of Qingxingtong (3,4 -dihydroxyacetophenone, DHAP) has been performed with HPLC by three administration routes (by intravenous, intramuscular injections and by gavage). Intravenous administration of DHAP is suited for two-compartment open model, while oral or intramuscular route for one-compartment open model. The drug was rapidly absorbed and excreted and almost entirely eliminated from the animal body within 2 h. The bioavailability of DHAP administered by intramascular route is higher than that by oralroute.
