摘要
为探明低温胁迫条件下辣椒抗寒性相关生理指标的变化规律 ,以耐寒辣椒品种湘研 1号 ,耐寒性一般品种早丰 1号和不耐寒品种湘研 5号为试材 ,对辣椒在低温胁迫前后离子渗漏电导百分率、超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性、丙二醛 (MDA)含量的变化进行了测定 .结果表明 ,低温胁迫除使湘研 5号 SOD活性下降外 ,其他处理的电导百分率、丙二醛含量和 SOD活性均表现上升 ;在低温处理前后 ,这些生理指标的变化有明显的差异 。
To probe into the influences of low temperature stress on physiological index related to resistance to coldness in pepper,the changes of conductivity percentage,the activities of superoxede dismutase (SOD) and the malondialdelyole (MDA) contents were determined by using high resistance to coldness variety Xiangyan No.1,middle resistance to coldness variety Zaofeng No.1 and no resistance to coldness variety Xiangyan No.5.The results show that conductivity percentage,MDA contents and SOD activities under low temperature increase,but actinties of Xiangyan No.5 decrease.The changes of physiological index before and after the treatment show that the index are closely related to pepper's cold resistance ability.
