摘要
越来越多的跨国公司遭遇跨文化管理的障碍,如何有效克服文化障碍成为管理的首要任务。在研究了大量在华投资企业失败的案例后,认为在跨国公司人力资源管理中整合中国文化是必由之路,并提出了具体的文化整合点以及整合措施。
More and more trans-corporations have met cross-cultural obstacles in China. How to overcome the obstacles has become the primary task of management. This text, after effectively studying the case of a large number of investment enterprises in China's failure, thinks that it is an only way to combine Chinese culture in the trans-corporation management, and has put forward concrete culture and combined one and combined the measure. On this question, this text has introduced the Chinese human resources culture ecology, and corresponding countermeasure.
