摘要
叙述了跨国并购中人力资源整合问题的研究背景、研究现状以及研究目的;介绍了跨国并购和人力资源整合的概念;阐述了跨国并购中人力资源整合中存在诸如文化冲突、企业高素质人才流失、对员工的心理冲击、缺乏有效沟通、法律不熟悉等问题;针对上述问题提出了整合新的企业文化、建立有效的激励机制、加强沟通、对目标企业尽职调查、正视工会等建议。
This paper describes the background, status quo and the purpose of the research of problems of human resource integration in cross-border M&A ; introduces the concept of the cross-border M&A and human resource integration; There are a lot of problems existing in cross-border M&A, such as cultural conflict, brain drain, the psychological impact on staff, lack of effective communica- tion, not familiar with law and so on. In order to solve the above issues, this paper puts forward advices such as integrating new corporate culture, establishing an effective incentive mechanism, enhancing communication and investigating target companies and paying attention on labor unions and so on.
