摘要
综述了研究CaCu_3Ti_4O_(12)材料反常巨介电特性的理论和实用意义。给出了CaCu_3Ti_4O_(12)结构示意图和X射线衍射(XRD)谱。评述了制备不同维度CaCu_3Ti_4O_(12)材料的常规制备方法、优缺点及低温下介电性能测定方法。从内禀和外赋的角度,分析了影响CaCu_3Ti_4O_(12)巨介电特性的各种可能因素。指出了目前该材料研究需要解决的一些问题。
Theoretical and applied significance of anomalous giant dielectric property in CaCu3Ti4O12 materials is summarized in this paper. The microstructures and XRD spectra of the CaCu3Ti4O12 materials are given at first. Then we comment on the conventional methods for preparing CaCu3Ti4O12 materials with various dimensions, their merits and faults, and the measuring method for dielectric properly at low temperature. Finally, the possible factors for influencing the giant dielectric property of CaCu3Ti4O12 are analyzed from intrinsic and extrinsic aspects, and some problems to be solved urgently nowadays in this study field are pointed out.
