摘要
采用固相反应法制备实验所需的多晶样品,综述CaCu3Ti4O12材料反常巨介电特性的理论和实用意义,给出CaCu3Ti4O12的结构示意图和X射线衍射(XRD)谱,评述制备不同维度Ca-Cu3Ti4O12材料的常规制备方法、优缺点及低温下介电性能的测定方法。分析表明,烧成工艺、温度、内部阻挡层电容数目直接对CaCu3Ti4O12(CCTO)的相对介电常数产生影响。
With polycrystalline samples prepared successfully by solid--state reaction, this paper expounded the significance of anomalous giant dielectric property in CaCu3Ti4O12 materials in theory and practice. The microstructures and XRD spectra of the CaCu3Ti4O12 materials are given at first. Then we comment on the conventional methods for preparing CaCu3Ti4O12 materials with various dimensions, their merits and faults, and the measuring method for dielectric property at low temperature. The analysis showed that the dielectric constant of the CaCu3Ti4O12 (CCTO)materials is mainly related to the sintering process,temperature, and the number density of the barrier capacity.
