摘要
隐斜视是一种两眼眼外肌肌力潜在性不平衡状态,通过远、近距离隐斜测定,不仅可以了解隐斜的发生率,还可以通过远、近距离水平隐斜之间差异比较,进一步了解眼的辐辏和眼外肌平衡功能。正常人的隐斜统计已有报告,但正常人远、近距离水平隐斜之间差异情况尚无报导,为此。
The author examined far and near distance pho■a of 1500 health youth,and firstanalysed the difference between far and near distance horizontal phorias.The results arefollows.(1) Esophorial is more than exophoria in the far distance phorias,the mean value isesophoria 1.03PD.(2) Exophoria is more than esophoria in the near distance phoria.Themean value is exophoria 4.42 PD.(3) Comparing near distance phoria with far distancephoria,no difference occupied 1.13%,7.60% deviated toward inner direction and 91.27%of them deviated toward outer direction.Total mean value of all groups is outward deviatingfor 5.38 PD.Finally the author discussed the cause and the degree of difference between thefar and near distance horizontal phorias.
