摘要
目的 介绍一种测定隐斜的方法 ,了解近视青少年隐斜状态。方法 2 42名近视青少年按屈光度分为 4组 ,采用 Von Graefe法测定视远和视近的隐斜状态。结果 近视青少年视远水平隐斜范围 - 11△ ~ +12 △ ,平均 1.82 △ ±4.14△ ,垂直隐斜范围 0 △ ~ 4△ ,平均 0 .88△ ± 0 .96 △ ;视近水平隐斜范围 - 17△~ +18△ ,平均 4.93△± 7.6 9△ ,垂直隐斜范围 0 △ ~ 4△ ,平均 0 .98△ ± 1.0 4△ 。近视青少年外隐斜明显大于正常人群。结论 Von Graefe法是一种可靠、简单易行的隐斜测定方法。隐斜测定应成为青少年验光配镜的常规检查项目。
Objective To introduce a method to measure heterophoria of myopic youths.Methods Two hundred and forty two myopic youths were divided into 4 groups according to diopter, then Von Graefe was performed to measure their heterophoria.Results The average horizonal heterophoria of myopic youths was 1.82 △±4.14 △ exo and 4.93 △ ±7.69 △ exo when seeing 5m and 33cm target respectively. The exophoria of myopic youths was significantly greater than that of normal youths.Conclusions Von Graefe was a reliable and easy method to measure heterophoria of myopic youths. Heterophoria measurement should become a routine examination in refraction.
