摘要
目的:观察初入高海拔地区1~7天视网膜缺氧性改变过程及程度,间接获取脑血管的动态情况,为早期预防急性高原病提供借鉴资料;方法:对初入海拔5380m同一群体的25名男性健康青年采用YZ—6B型强光源直接眼底镜在静息状态下观察进入高原第1~7天的视网膜动态;结果:初入高海拔地区的第2、3、4天视网膜动静脉痉挛,怒张的检出率均为4%,视乳头充血于第1、2、3、4天出现,检出率依次为16%、12%、12%、8%,视网膜渗出于1、2、3、4天尤为突出,检出率依次为52%、88%、96%、92%,视网膜动、静脉,视乳头充血及网膜渗出于缺氧的第1个24小时内发生,于第5、6、7天渐恢复至平原正常人水平;
Objective:To explore the effects of altitude hypoxia on retina to early prevent acute mountain sickness.Methods:The eye fundus of 25 healthy youth,(age range,18 to 27 years),exposed to 5 380m altitude for 1 to 7 days,were examined,twice/day at rest,using a YZ6B opthalmoscope and based on a baseline in sea level.Results:The retina of 4% of the subjects showed a convulsion of the artery and vein,and the capilloedema of 16%,12%,12%and 8% of the subjects was found on 1st,2nd,third and 4th postaltitude days respectively,while the proportion of exude in retina in same days was 52%,88%,96%and 92%.These changes of retina presented significantly in the first 24hr exposed altitude and recoved slowly to baseline after 5,6 and 7 days.Conclusion:The altitude hypoxia results in the changes of retina especially during 4days firstly.
