摘要
针对琥珀酸二异辛酯磺酸钠的工业生产技术,从提高琥珀酸二异辛酯磺酸钠产品的纯度出发,概括和总结了琥珀酸二异辛酯磺酸钠的酯化和磺化合成技术,及合成工艺中催化剂、温度、助剂和体系真空度等主要影响因素,简要介绍了该表面活性剂在反胶束制备纳米材料等方面的应用新进展,指出了目前琥珀酸二异辛酯磺酸钠生产工艺中存在的不足,展望了琥珀酸二异辛酯磺酸钠系列表面活性剂的发展方向和应用前景。
Esterification and sulfonation synthetic technique of dioctyl sodium sulfosuccinate are summarized by demonstrating various reaction conditions that influence reaction rate and production pureness. Main influencing factors of synthetic technique such as catalyst, temperature,assistants and vacuum in system are commented. Some application progress in preparation nanometerials using the surfactant by reversed micelles is described concisely. Production process of dioctyl sodium sulfosuccinate could have some shortages at present. Development tendency and application foreground of dioctyl sodium sulfosuccinate homologues are put forward.
