摘要
种子休眠是内在和环境因素综合影响的结果,种子结构、淀粉酶活性、内源激素等是导致种子休眠的内在原因;温度、相对湿度、光照、外源 GA3,ABA 及可溶性糖分均具有在不同程度上打破休眠和促进发芽的作用.利用分子生物学方法对影响休眠的遗传位点进行定位是今后研究的重要方向,并具有很好的应用前景.
The classification and influencing factors of seed dormancy were reviewed in this paper.Seed dormancy is a complex adaptive trait of plant influenced by the complex internal and environmental factors,the former includes seed structure,amylase activity,hormone,the latter contains temperature,humidity,sun-shining,exogenous GA3,ABA and soluble sugar.The usage of molecular biology methods to locate the inheritance locus of seed dormancy will be a new focus with promising future of application.
