摘要
本文着重研究了宁夏种植的5个春小麦品种(系)的穗发芽率、籽粒发芽率、籽粒增重速度、籽粒含水量和α-淀粉酶活性的动态变化及相关关系。相关分析结果表明:小麦开花后35~40d是鉴定穗发芽抗性的适宜时期。α-淀粉酶活性是抗性鉴定的可靠指标。通过完全双列杂交分析认为,穗发芽抗性的遗传受双亲遗传因素的共同影响和母。
Preharvest sprouting rate,grain germination percentage,grain water content,grain filling rate and α-amylase activity of 5 spring wheat varieties were studied.Correlation analyses show that it is reasonable to identify resistance to preharvest sprouting during the period of 35-40 days after anthesis and α-amylase activity can be used as a suitable indicator for identification of resistance.Through complete double cross analysis we knew that resistance to preharvest sprouting was jointly affected by genetic factors of both parents and there was an interaction effect between resistance factors of maternal organs and offspring ones.
