工效学在大型民机驾驶舱研发中应用的现状和挑战 被引量:8

摘要 文章以波音777驾驶舱的研发为实例,从组织文化环境、工效学过程和方法论角度介绍和分析工效学在大型民机驾驶舱研发中应用的现状,并总结了这些工效学实践所提供给我们的一些启发。文章最后提出了近期工效学在民机驾驶舱研发中所面临的一些挑战。
