摘要
交互式产品已进入人们的日常工作和生活。对产品可用性的要求促进了"以用户为中心设计(UCD)"方法的实践,并给人机工效学的应用带来了机遇。文章在对IT开发状况和过程分析的基础上,讨论了这种机遇和UCD实践所面临的挑战,提出了一个开展有效UCD实践的指导框架,并就UCD在中国的实践提出几点建议。
lnteractive products have become part of our daily work and life.The increasing demands on usability of interactive products help promotion of user-centered design(UCD)approach and also create opportunities and challenges for human factors practices.This paper reviews current UCD practices and system development processes.After pointing out the opportunities and the challenges,the paper proposes a conceptual framework and recommendations for effective UCD practices in China.
