摘要
本文探讨了使用电位滴定法测定调味品中氯化钠含量,同传统方法(铬酸钾指示剂法)相比,电位滴定法具有准确、简便、快速的特点。
In this paper, potentiometry was used to determine the sodium chloride content in relish.Compared with the traditional method (potassium chromate indicato method),this method is easier,faster and exacter.
