摘要
用反应烧结和气氛烧结技术制备Al_2O_3-AlN-TiC复合陶瓷,用XRD,SEM等测试手段进行了微观结构的研究,结果表明,用该技术制备的复相陶瓷含有纳米级的AlN晶粒,从而使得在较低的烧结温度下可以制得比较致密的Al_2O_3-AlN-TiC复合陶瓷。
Al_2O_3-AlN-TiC composite ceramics is prepared firstly from Al_2O_3-Al-TiC mixtures. Cold-isostatic-pressed compacts are reactionbonded in N_2up to 1200℃ and then sintered without pressure in Ar at1600℃for lh.Samples are examined by means of XRD,EPMA and SEM,After the reaction-bonding,thereexist only Al_2O_3,AlN and TiC phases,and in the distribution of N,content of N is higher on the surface of samples and lower in the center of samples,due to the diffusion of N. After sintering without pressure,TiC particlesas well as Al_2O_3 are well distributed,and there are a lot of AlN nanoparticles lying between the above particles.
