摘要
该文基于串联谐振半桥逆变器稳态特性的分析,指出金卤灯(MH)LCL电子镇流器在可靠性方面所存在的问题。然后对镇流器电路结构提出了一个改进方案,在镇流器逆变桥的输出端并联一个辅助谐振环,通过适当的参数设计,可以使逆变桥开关保持零电压开通,以抑制开关噪声,阻止逆变桥的直通和提高镇流器的可靠性。并且将该方案同其它方案相比较,该文所提方案对逆变桥开关的电流定额要求不大。分析和实验结果验证了改进方案的正确性和实用性。
Based on the analysis of the steady-state characteristics of series resonant half bridge inverters, the potential dangers for the reliability of the LCL ballasts for metal halide lamps (MH) are studied. A method, paralleling an auxiliary resonant tank is proposed to the output of the half bridge, for protection. Through a suitable design of the auxiliary resonant tank, power switches in the half-bridge can be turned on under ZVS condition, and thus switching noise is suppressed and possibility of shooting through of the half-bridge can be avoided. Validity and practicability of the proposal are proved by analytical and experimental results.
