中小功率系统集成DC/DC标准模块的一族候选拓扑 被引量:21

A FAMILY OF CANDIDATE TOPOLOGIES FOR LOW TO MIDIUM POWER SYSTEM INTEGRATION STANDARD DC/DC MODULE

摘要 有源箝位正激型变换器(简称ACF)以其极佳的宽范围适应性、较低的开关电应力、简单的同步整流自驱动方式而被选为中小功率电力电子系统集成中DC/DC标准模块的较佳候选拓扑。该文将系统地总结各种经典的ACF结构,同时也将提出一些新颖的结构以及独特的观点,使得ACF更加的完善。根据ACF的特点,将它拆成原边电路和副边电路两部分独立来描述,以适应不同输入要求和输出要求。最后将原副边电路配合起来,论述了ACF的三种控制性软开关的方案,以及提出以可选择性外挂配件的思路,根据不同的使用场合选择硬开关或是软开关工作状态。最后,实验结果验证了以上的分析和理论。 Considering the trends of system integration ofpower electronics, Active Clamped Forward (ACF) converter isa preferable candidate for standard DC/DC module of low tomedium power due to its merits of wide operating range, lowvoltage stress on switches and comparatively simpleself-driving strategy of synchronous rectifier. This papercomprehensively summarizes the typical topologies of ACFfamily, meanwhile a series of novel configurations and severalspecific viewpoints about the very type are presented, whichenrich the family of ACF and its theory. According to thecharacteristic of ACF and various requirements of input andoutput, the topologies of the very family are separated intoprimary circuit and secondary circuit to characterize.Furthermore, primary side is combined with secondary side,three strategies of control type soft switching are concludedand consideration of selective additional components ispresented, hard switching or soft switching operation can beselected according to various applications. Finally, bothanalysis and theory are verified by experimental results.
