摘要
电子镇流器的研制是CCFL电光源产业化的关键.论文阐述了基于半桥驱动芯片IMP3521开关电路的设计,分析验证了变压器漏感镇流电路的等效模型,探讨了灯管异常保护电路的设计.针对照明CCFL灯管的电气特性,采用高集成度的IMP3521和变压器漏感镇流技术,设计了一种高性价比的电子镇流器.
Developing an electronic ballast is the key of industrializing cold cathode fluorescent lighting source.The switch circuit based on IMP3521 half-bridge IC is described;the equality model of leakage magnetic transformer is analyzed and testified;and error protection circuit for the lamp tube is discussed.According to electrical character of CCFL,a high performance-price ratio ballast is designed by adopting high-intergrated IMP3521and leakage magnetic transformer.
