摘要
观察山茱萸提取物总甙、第一部分多酚、第二部分多酚等对脾淋巴细胞增殖的影响 ,寻找山茱萸总甙中抑制免疫的有效成分 ,并初步探讨山茱萸总甙抗类风湿关节炎的作用机理。采用 3H TdR参入法测定各种提取物对鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖的影响。结果提示各部分对鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖皆有抑制作用 ,第二部分多酚作用最强。山茱萸总甙的抗类风湿关节炎作用可能与它抑制抗原特异刺激的T淋巴细胞增殖有关。
The experiment was to study the effects of the total glycoside from the extract of the fruit of Cornus Officinalis (TGEFCO), TGEFCO polyphenol part Ⅰ and polyphenol part Ⅱ on the splenic lymphocytic proliferation, and to find the immunosuppressive constituents in TGEFCO and the mechanism of TGEFCO in treating rheumatoid arthritis. The JH3,D,Z TdR incorporation method was used in detecting the effects of all the TGEFCO extracts in this study. The results showed that all the TGEFCO extracts had inhibiting effects on rat splenic lymphocytic proliferation and among them, TGEFCO polyphenol part II had the strongest effects; and the effects of TGEFCO against rheumatoid arthritis may relate to its inhibiting T lymphocytic proliferation caused by the specific antigenic stimulation.
