摘要
初步探讨了烟酸和阿司匹林合用对大鼠高脂血症的影响。结果表明,两药合用不影响烟酸的降胆固醇(TC)作用,降甘油三酯(TG)、作用优于单用烟酸。说明两药合用治疗高脂血症,其作用优于单用烟酸。
The effect of combined use of Nicotinic acid(NA)and
Aspirin(A)on modulating serum lipids and lipoprotein lipase(LPL)
activity in rats were studied.NA could significantly inhibit the hyperchole-
steromia and hypertriglyceridemia induced by Triton WR-1339 and its dose-
effect relationship was positive:the combined use of NA and A could increase
serum LPL activity,decrease serum TG significantly than that of NA alone,
but the effect on TC as compared with that of NA is insignificant.The
results suggest that it would be beneficial to combine use of NA and A on
prevention and trentment of atherosclerosis.
